thin client

ive been having a problem with the thin client as of late. I have not been able to login through facebook via the client. every time that I try I get a black screen. When i enter my username and password my character cannot be found. plz help

 

Im opening the client and all i see is black window and nothing happens ... i restarted router reinstalled the game cleaned the temporary files and done flushdns so its not the case. I also cannot open the website of drakensang or any of the drakensang websites. Im playing from greece right now im logged trough my brothers computer in bulgaria and i succesfuly joined the game ... so the problem is with greek IPs or my ISP or im banned (dont think so) ?

Same is happening for me. The client only shows black screen.

I am in India. This had happened earlier as well. And It aint about my ISP or network issue as I am able to open all other websites.

 

Thin client is not working (black screen). Devs pls help.

 

i guess its global.. Black screen here in dk to and it does not help to try browser...

I've been trying all day to login (Tegan server) From the U.K.

I tried anti spy/malware and antivirus. Also deleted Chrome as i usually use Firefox and downloaded chrome only yesterday(never used it

before, i did it to sync better with my android devices) after a reistallation of XP and a new installation of W7 Ultimate on a patitioned HDD. I

downloaded the thin clients on both partitions and they worked ok. My sound card didn't work with W7 (old card, no updated driver for W7)

so i played on the XP partition.

I had the odd issue but usually got them anyway on occation. I logged out before going to bed and today all iv'e been trying to do is get

online with both OS (even a repair of the XP OS)

The best i got was the sign in screen, so i entered user name password, waited for minimum download then no reaction to mouse clicks to

login even after the maximum download had finished. I exited and the on next try got the black background without the little shade of

difference where the download shows it's progression.

Almost 10pm now so i'm going to wait for tomorrow for a complete reintallation of both OS.

Also had difficulties in accessing internet too. reistallation of driver disc fixed this.

I hope some of this info has helped to solve the problem.

 

Sad i couldnt play today.. i hope for better luck tomorrow..

my guess is they are still fixing stuff..

 

Finally got online enough to write here... Me and most of the guild i'm in has been having these issues trying to get online. I've been trying to login and if the game crashes or anything else like that happens that suddenly closes the connection I get cut off from whole of anything that has big point written on it for at least an hour. Then I can try again and hope that getting online works out as it should. If it doesn't it is another hours wait to try again.

HI, this seems to be quiet regular with thin client. Not sure is it because of server crash or problem with domain registration.

The tegan server is also not very stable. One tends to loose connection while playing the game abruptly. Also sometimes the connection is so weak it is visible as considerable lag on the game where in player is trying to hit some enemy but the enemy is not getting hit.

Also, I am not able to understand why thin client takes lot of time to bring up the login screen and then subsequent server selection screen. Isnt it part of already downloaded client files or it fetches that from internet every time one runs the thin client?

 

I was on for a while but then the game crashed. Now I get this message:
Download error: url=http://www.drakensang.com/cdndata/_root.txt, code=99, msg=Connection timed out

I can't open Client or browser ! , Game Down for me here , I'm From Egypt , LOL

 

I dont know what to say ... So expensive game to play and so many problems ? Obviously its not just me having problems to enter the game ... Drakensang team or whatever its called you must reward somehow the players that were not able to finish karabossa event ...

 

The same here i could not play on any off my laptops as long as they were connected to my router ,i have change me Ip since then no problems logging in .Good luck guys
