thin client

its been 20 hours now and game still not working, only black screen im starting to get mad now, fix the game already, please

 

I am able to login now... 10 mins after event ended. Whole weekend event farming and niether i could get the last 160 drakens nor I could do Karrabossa kills. Thank you for not caring at all.

 

i had the same problem after 1500 gmt. before that it was ok. i did not manage to log in unti today. evnt gone

 

I finally can log in today, so time to complain...
The whole day yesterday thin client only gave me a black screen and drakensang.com didn't work, so I couldn't play from browser either. Furthermore, the server (Heredur) was down on Thursday night, too. Therefore:

1. I missed the last day of the New Moon event, so missed drakens, Karabossa kills...
2. I missed one day of the Stellar Gold event, so no rewards from lucky coins...
3. I lost one day of my premium membership, so no mystical cubes, big surprise boxes etc...
4. I lost my daily login bonuses, which hence were reset back to day 1...
5. I lost knowledge, because I couldn't complete any daily challenges...
6. I lost time waiting for DSO to work again...

I expected the New Moon event to be extended by one day .. Is that too much to ask for, DSO??
I would also have appreciated DSO to at least tell us that you acknowledged the problem, even if you're not able to estimate how long it'd take to be fixed.

Very disappointed.
