Ghost Gear lvl 40

I want to share with you something very nice I just found out recently. It is legendary ghost gear that I obtained farming and crafting in map 2. I have not seen other people with this items and I think they look very nice. Some might thing it is too bright but I think it is a nice break from the black witch chaser combination everyone has.

I also want to share with you that although this itmes might come with less durability(who cares) they come with very nice stats. I think you can only get them at lvl 40 so if you want to get one item that noone else has and looks very nice go for it.

I will share some of the stats of the items I acquired after crafting. You might get better or worse.

 

Yeah, i forgot about the ghost gear. Its part of the gear you can only get at level 40 in the parallels, or perhaps only OoB and HoD. Once you move up to level 41 the ghost gear is unavailable.

 

Yep, OOB and HOD only. I miss it... would be nice if they made lvl 45 ghost gear... that would look cool.

 

I had a full set for my ranger a zillion years ago. I then applied sunshine as the dye. Talk about bright as the sun, I'm sure.

I recall it breaking down a fair bit and if you look at the ghost bow and ghost shield durability they may force you to repair more than normal. Thumbing through old screen shots, I see that my legendary soul hunter shield was (20/20) for durability and the shadow bow was (30/30). The boots were (10/10) - yikes! Bring a first aid kit because it will likely go yellow and then red at the worst possible time.

 

Yea, but weren't the stats slightly better, or were they just regular legendaries with a different skin and durability?

 

Ghost gear had increased max stats over normal gear but at a cost to decreased durability.

For me wand takes 90% of my damage to durability so I would not mine using the rest as ghost gear. I think the upgrade cost is slightly higher than normal version...

 

Is it still possible to get those items?
I mean if you are lvl 40 and play q6 m1 and m2?

Yes you can, I crafted mine in two days while soloing the Bosses in map 2. I am really curious to see how a sword/shield/bow/quiver look like.

And yes, they are more expensive to raise up with GOS but if you find the right item you can have some end-game gear.

 

I'm pretty sure I posted this on the old forum. Here are some shots, as requested by Iamboredwtf. Again, mine is/was dyed Sunshine so it is as intense as you can make it. This is a really old picture and I no longer have this gear in my locker. The shield shows 'no dyeing', I'm not sure why because I'm pretty sure it was also sunshine.

 

That No Dyeing thing was an original bug, it was saying you couldn't dye the item, but most were incorrect. Now they say Not Yet Dyed.
