    Dear Heroes,

    A hotfix for Desert of Essences event will be synced tomorrow.

    Sync Date: Wednesday, 11.03.2015

    Sync Time (planned):
    09:00 am (CET UTC+1) start count down on all instances (30 minutes)
    09:30 am (CET UTC+1)     start maintenance (takes at least 60 minutes)
    Sync Time (done): 10:30 am CET​

    Content:
    Two major bugs will be fixed.​

    Quest: Vortex of War
    Several players complained that quest items would vanish from their inventory. The quest has been fixed now but will be reset – in order to allow everyone to redo it and finish it appropriately.

    Quest: Dangerous Essence
    When finished – this quest series is supposed to unlock another quest series with NPC Felix. However, the quest series of NPC Felix would not appear due to a bug. This has been fixed now and you should be able to accept NPCs Felixs quest.​

    The Event runtime will be extended by 1 entire day and will now end on the 19th of March.
    We can only extend the event by 1 day as the New Moon event will start right after it.

    Compensation    : a compensation is currently under negotiation.

    Greetings Heroes,

    We have just received news about the compensation! Users who have been actively playing the event Desert of Essences will receive for each character 3 x Realm paths to Shanri-La via a script. The script will be run tomorrow, the 12th of March.

    Every Character that has participated gets 3 x Realm Paths to Shanri-La.
    This means an entire account can get up to 12 realm paths (since you can have a maximum of 4 characters per account).

    If your character has at least 1 out of 5500 points collected in the progress bar of the Desert of Essences Event, then your character is eligible for the compensation.
