    Hello

I've had this issue that have been going for two weeks now. While on my computer I cannot access the game, no matter what browser I use or if I use the thin client. when I'm in the connection screen right after I choose the server, the loading bar goes to around 75% and the I get the usual "All connection attempts have Failed", no matter how many times I press the retry button it wont work. That only happens in my computer and with this version of drakensang (on r145 too). I tested Drakensang FX (which is r142 right now) to see if it does the same there, but oddly I was able to log in and play in the Asian servers. it just takes a long time to connect since I'm in the US.

I did send a ticket to support and during this time they have sent me some tips on what to do so I keep doing what they tell me but so far nothing have worked. I have been trying to fix this issue. And I've done everything I could, and checked for help in several places around. What I have done so far: Changing IPs, forwarding ports, resetting my modem, contacting my ISP, flushing the DNS, clearing cache, cookies and temp files, reinstalling the thin client from scratch. Did a full malware scan, defragmented my disc, checked my firewall deeply, even reseted it to the original settings, checked the exceptions in my antivirus, tryed turning my antivirus and firewall off, fixed up my registry, and even did a system recovery recently to 30 days back. All of that and a little more, but I had no results whatsoever.

So today I downloaded the Drakensang FX thin client, and installed it. I copied it and pasted it right beside the BP's thin client. They both have exactly the same files, escept that BP's version is newer and the FX's version has a file named partner.ini. FX's version is on r142 atm, and BP's is on r146. I'm able to log in and connect successfully to the FX's servers, while its being impossible to me to connect to Tegan (the server I play on) or any other of the servers in BP's version, using my computer. The other computers at home can connect without any problem, it is just mine that has the issue (and no I can't use the other computers as much).

So the only thing that I can imagine that is causing my issues is some code in the actual version of the game that is conflicting with my pc, I haven't seen this yet in the forums nor anywhere else so I think that it might just be affecting a small part of the population for now, it might get worse later.

(sorry if its a somewhat long read, I just want to be over with this issue)

Two other things to try that I didn't see listed:
    - Clear your Java cache (and update it if it needs it)
    - Try a different browser

Some time ago, Java was mentioned often as a possible source of trouble. Clearing and updating did not produce any noticeable changes for most people. The suggestion went away. Now Java tends to update itself with prompts, on a regular basis. Clearing the cache doesn't hurt anything though.
Isn't it strange, than only Drakensang Online has so much trouble with Internet Service Providers?

Well my java is on its newest version atm 8.40 and I cleared the cache the first or second day while trying to fix this. And yes I have tried in several browsers; Mozilla, Explorer, Chrome, Opera...but they all give the the same results.
