    Hey there @Apolon80 ,

There was a problem with Sapphires. They can now be combined using the Jewel of Enhancement :)
    Cheers,

I tried it with a lv52 RA and lv55 DK
Yes I did the 3/3 quest and waited for the msg to show I had read it.

    In Kingshill.
Father Fidelis (Trader NPC) is offering them. Click over him and click in "View Selection". Then select Packs and Miscellaneous categories in order to buy the recipes...

Related to Augment Core crafting. Can you predict the base values of the new item? For example, if you have a golden base line on your t4 item, will it appear on the t5 aswell? In a few words, base values will improve acordingly to your unique or you will get random new base values.

    Wow, very useful information. Thanks!

Guess this is only meant to be use on your uniques with golden lines (or decent lines at least).

I'm also not seeing the "buy for 1 copper". I did the rubbish quest, got 1 book that allows me to craft junk but cannot combine 4 of the same item unless I buy for silver, draken, and materi frags. Of course I'm not even close to being surprised by this.

I've followed these directions twice with two different characters and still haven't seen the "1 copper chests".

    Introduction quest
Matthew Allthings, who is located next to the workbench in Kingshill, offers the quest “Useless Rubbish (1/3)“. He sends the player to collect Improved Collector Equipment. Once the player has found the items and combined them at the workbench, Matthew sends the player to Father Fidelis in Kingshill. He offers some of the recipes, the player needs for the workbench.

    Recipes
Father Fidelis sells schematic/event manual boxes for 1 copper. These boxes need to be opened with a right-click from the player to get the recipes.

ATTENTION: These offers will only available for 1 month after the release of rel198. After that period the recipes need to be bought from Father Fidelis (Basic Recipes), Gnob (event related recipes - including core crafting for event items) or the various traders in Cardhun (core crafting for Parallel World related equipment and world drops).
Once the player right-clicks on a Crafting Manual they get a notification that the recipe is unlocked and can start using it.

Just out of curiosity I logged in to my Tegan's account and Agathon's as well (I wasn't sure what server you are playing on) ... I had to play the tutorial maps again :D until I reached Grimford and then teleported to Kingshill. :D
That old dude Fidelis is having them in the shop.
I made my screenshot (in the previous post) at the time of posting ... so I bought them on all of my toons at Grimmag. I thought it could be a server issue ... but it is not. Your screenshot shows that Fidelis is missing one tab in his shop ... which is not the case with me.
Then I had a brief flashback ... of this thread https://board-en.drakensang.com/threads/item-problem.71372/#post-648665 ... I think your account could be bugged or something. :D

So I went with character #3.

Jumped right to 3/3. No 1 of 3, no 2 of 3. No entering the low map and collecting a thing.

Sent me to the priest just like the first two characters.

Low and behold, I get the chests this time.

No clue at all for why the 3rd character was different from the first two.

Well I got them on my third try as well.
Given I waited over 12 hours to try him I guess the tab was added.

    Riddle me this:

With Augment Core Crafting, now you can upgrade a Unique item of a given tier to the next tier with Drakens, Cores and a Single Legendary item, the importance of hunting in a higher tier is reward-less.

The best path for a player now is to:

    1. Hunt day and night in Fatal mode to get Tier-3 Unique items with best attribute lines.
    2. Do day and night every single event probably in normal mode so that you can complete it fast and get the Draken you need.

and upgrade the Unique from Tier 3 to Tier 4 and then finally to Tier 5.

What is the motivation for someone to farm in higher tiers than Fatal?

    May be to save Draken?

Which is of course a good reason, but then again, now we need Draken for many things and the rate at we get Draken is very low.

I don't like the way that this has been implemented.

Now I have to spend my hard earned Draken on one more thing.
Will there be more ways to aquire Draken in the future?
Or what if perhaps there were Draken drops from Infernal I and Infernal II bosses?
Then it would be motivating for players to farm at higher tier dungeons.

are you sure upgrading with augment cores give you the unique with the highest base lines(golden ones, all of them)? It might explain the high cost of augment cores then

Correct me if I'm wrong, Infested Sewers in Kingshill lasts and lasted for 19/18 days and the quest to get 25 draken could be done 2-3 times just by playing normal, the drop was pretty much same for all difficulities, I farmed around 2 k Draken for around 9 days of event, with around 8h playing per day, double the days and double the hours ( if you can of course ) you get pretty nice results on Draken gain.

Seriously? 8 hours a day? Not many players would play that many hours a day. I can play may be 2 or 3 hours a day on the game and even from that I get bored after playing 1 hour a day on the event, I would be sleeping on my chair if I play another minute, so I would do other things in the game like PvP, reading forums or farming PW.

and you are talking about doubling 8 hours to 16 hours a day? If Big Point is expecting an average player to spend that many hours a day on this game, they are simply delusional.
