    its said that the witch seeker belt is dropping from amphoras in new moon event map, but i wonder if it can drop not during new moon. do anyone know something about it? i dont want to waste amphora keys if its not dropping.

    I don't know one way or another, but I'd recommend against it at this time. In addition to knowing that it can drop during the event, the amphora also give a small amount of progress.

    If you have your heart set on using the Witch Seeker Strap, you are much better buying it outright for Draken the next time the event is on. Find a friend or a carry willing to kill the boss on T6 for you and do a single run and buy what you need.
