    Recently the ticket system has been disabled and i had a problem which occured just prior to the maintainance. I dont seem to be able to contact anyone from discord and i would like to know how could i contact a game master.

    just stupid , those who do not use the new phones cannot logon to discord !!!!!!!!!!!

    Theoretically, you can. You need the PC app (Authy) and any phone with a phone numer to link the app to. However, I don't see what are they actually trying to accomplish by forcing us to that option, except for adding a bit more hassle to those who are trying to multiaccount.

    Needless to say, I haven't enabled that thing because I don't want to.

    As announced here, the support form has been re-enabled on Friday morning - it was only disabled temporarily due to some technical issues.
